At My Sauna World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your sauna or accessories in their original shipping crates and packaging to ensure the items are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or arrange for a freight pickup for larger units, ensuring all documentation is clearly visible on the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return to confirm it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
