Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Due to the size and weight of our units, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your sauna arrives safely and in pristine condition.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a restocking fee for large items like saunas and steam showers.
Do I need a professional electrician to install my sauna?
While many of our portable and infrared saunas use standard 110v outlets, larger traditional saunas often require a dedicated 220v-240v line. We highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired installations.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All products at My Sauna World come with a manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers the heating elements, control panels, and cabinetry for 1 to 5 years, depending on the specific model and brand.
Do you offer financing options?

Can I install an indoor sauna outdoors?
Indoor saunas are not designed to withstand moisture or temperature fluctuations. To ensure the longevity of your unit and maintain your warranty, indoor models should only be installed in climate-controlled environments.
